You can run a 4.4 forty and bench-press 365 pounds, but if you canít change directions you are not going to have much success on the playing field. This workout is filled with drills and exercises to help you improve footwork, change of direction, reaction time and overall quickness. The program is two days a week and is a perfect complement to any speed and strength programs.
Each 12-week program is periodized into three 4-week phases that focuses on specific components to assure optimum results and peak performance at completion of workout. It is recommended that all athletes begin with the level one program. For those who are interested in starting at a higher level, we ask that you follow these guidelines.
