True to body building form, this workout targets each muscle group once throughout the week. Each day will focus on a different set of muscles. Day One targets the chest. Day Two focuses on the back. Day Three is leg day. Day 4 works the shoulders. And Day Five hits the arms (triceps, biceps and forearms). Breaking the exercises into a five day split assures each muscle group is thoroughly worked out each week. This is an excellent workout for those who want to add size and strength.
Level Three is the perfect workout for those looking to gain serious size and strength. This workout is designed for those with either one year of lifting experience or for those whom have completed a Level Two workout. Each workout includes 6-8 exercises, 3-5 sets and repetitions that range from 6-15. The short rest intervals and high volume is the ideal environment from growth. Upon completing this workout you will notice serious strength and size improvements (with proper nutrition of course).
