2-Day Split: Upper/Lower

The 2-Day Split allows you to work every muscle group over a two day period. The workout is broken-up into upper body and lower body days. This gives you the flexibility of working out either four or six days a week. The upper body workouts will focus on the chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps. The lower body workouts will target quads, hamstrings, calves, the gluteus and lower back muscles. Because you workout the entire body in just two days this workout ideal for those with unpredictable schedules as well as anyone looking to gain strength and size.
Level Three is the perfect workout for those looking to gain serious size and strength. This workout is designed for those with either one year of lifting experience or for those whom have completed Level Two workouts. Each workout includes 6-8 exercises, 3-5 sets and repetitions that range from 6-15. The short rest intervals and high volume is the ideal environment fro growth. Upon completing this workout you will notice serious strength and size improvements (with proper nutrition of course).
