Robert dos Remedios is one of the best strength coaches in the nation (NSCA finalist last three years) and this workout shows why. His programs are extremely functional and this workout is no exception. The workout includes complex warm-ups, combination lifts, Olympic lifts, Plyometrics, core training, and a few traditional strength movements.
Expect to develop hip mobility, strength, power, core strength and much more with Robert’s Volleyball workout. This workout is filled with functional exercise that mimic on the court movements. There are three total body workouts per week. Each phase has four weeks and there are three phases each level for a total of twelve weeks. This workout will most definitely result in serious hops and explosiveness.
