To complete this workout you will need access to basic gym equipment (dumbbells, barbells, benches, machines, etc), a lined field, a 400 meter track and the following pieces:

  • Agility Ladder
  • Agility Bags
  • Cones
  • Hurdles
  • Hill, Sled or Tire (for resistance sprints)
  • Plyometric Box
  • Medicine Ball
If you do not have access to the equipment listed, substitute a similar exercise that works the same body part and skill.
