Regardless of how fast you are, every athlete could use more speed. GK22 has created a program to help you do so. There are many factors that contribute to one’s speed: form, stride length, stride frequency, flexibility, etc. GK22 Speed Program incorporates drills and exercises to develop those skills necessary to improve your overall speed. Each 45-60 minute workout includes drills, times, distances, and goals. This program is ideal for any athlete looking to improve their speed.

Each 12-week program is periodized into three 4-week phases that focuses on specific components to assure optimum results and peak performance at completion of workout. It is recommended that all athletes begin with the level one program. For those who are interested in starting at a higher level, we ask that you follow these guidelines.
