The 3-Day Split allows you to work each muscle group over a three day period. This gives you the option of working out either three or six days a week. Each workout will focus on a different set of muscles. Day One consists of pushing exercises that target the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Day Two are pulling exercises that focus on back, traps, biceps and lower back muscles. And Day Three is leg day. For those with limited time to workout, this is the perfect Monday, Wednesday, Friday workout. Because this is a 3-Day split, those that have the luxury of hitting the gym six days a week, the workout can be repeated in the same week for optimal gains.
Progressing from Level One through Level Three is ideal for optimum strength and size gains. This will guarantee you the best chance of reaching your goals. The workouts are specifically designed to progress each phase of every level. Each workout is more difficult and challenging than one before. Expect 36 weeks of variety, change and improvements. Expect a bigger and stronger you in 36 weeks!
